Guidelines for Washing and Care of Cashmere/Wool Clothing
Please follow the following four simple steps to properly care for your cashmere and woolen clothing:


Step 1: Preparation before washing
Confirm label: Before washing, please read the care label inside the clothing first.
Stain treatment: If there are local stains, please immediately use a clean damp cloth dipped in a small amount of specialized detergent to gently pat and absorb them.
Prepare washing solution: Use cold water below 30 ℃ and add specialized wool/cashmere detergent to stir well.


Step 2: Gently hand wash
Fully soaked: Flip the clothes inside and outside, soak them completely in the washing solution, and let them stand for 10-15 minutes.
Press cleaning: Wash by gently pressing and pulling with your hands, do not rub or twist forcefully.
Rinse and dehydrate: After rinsing with clean water, lay the clothes flat on a dry towel and roll them up. Gently press to absorb the moisture.


Step 3: Lay flat and air dry
Organizing and shaping: Before drying, use your hands to organize the clothes back to their original size and shape.
Drying in shade: Clothes must be laid flat on a drying net or dry towel and placed in a cool and ventilated place to dry.
Prohibited items: ❌  Do not hang on hangers, ❌  Do not expose to direct sunlight, ❌  Do not use a dryer.


Step 4: Storage and Maintenance
Fully air dry: Ensure that the clothing is completely dry before storing.
Folding storage: When stored for a long time, please fold it to avoid deformation caused by hanging.
Insect and moisture prevention: Place insect proof products such as camphor balls wrapped in paper in the wardrobe and keep them dry.


Important Notice
Reduce washing: Cashmere/wool is not easy to get dirty. It is recommended to wear it 2-3 times and hang it in a ventilated place to dispel odors, without frequent cleaning.
Emergency response: If clothing accidentally shrinks slightly, you can try soaking it in 30 ℃ warm water containing conditioner and gently stretching it before laying it flat to dry; When hairballs appear, please use a hairball trimmer to gently handle them.
Professional care: For expensive, complex, or clothes marked as "dry cleaning only", it is recommended to send them to a professional laundry shop for processing.


Following the above steps can effectively extend the wearing life of your precious clothing and maintain its soft texture.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

If your item hasn't been shipped yet, we may cancel items from your order. Please contact our customer service team to request this. 


CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
For your financial security, we cannot change billing information once an order has been placed. 

Once you have received an order confirmation, your order is being processed and should be delivered to you very soon.

After shipping, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information for your information.


CAN YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF MY BILL?
We cannot make any changes to invoices.

We are legally obliged to provide full and accurate details of the order, including the price, on all commercial invoices and official documents.

We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, may cause delivery delays.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
There are various reasons why an order was cancelled, for example:


Item is no longer in stock

· Unconfirmed data

· The payment was declined


If your order has been cancelled, you should receive an email notification with details of the reason.


Sometimes an order is not processed – there can be two possible reasons for this:

1. The time between ordering the item and confirming payment was too long.

The item was sold out during the order process.


To avoid this, we ask you to proceed to payment confirmation as soon as possible once the item has been selected.


Credit card payments

We only charge your credit card when your order ships. If your order is canceled, you will not be charged. If you see a charge, it's only a pre-authorization that will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.


PayPal payments

Payments via PayPal are instant, so if an order is canceled, a refund will be issued.
