Where do you ship to?

We ship to all the countries (we do not ship to P.O. boxes). We are offering international shipping at this time.We ship to anywhere in the world with a global flat rate of US$20 per parcel.We do not pay for return shipping unless the item being returned is faulty.

How long will it take to receive my order?

DOMESTIC PRIORITY SHIPPING

3-7 business days*

How much is shipping?

They will be shipped via FedEx or DHL by air.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package. If you need further assistance, please email maisonalisse@outlook with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once an order is placed, you cannot change or cancel it. Please double check all information (email address, ship-to address, zip code, color/size) is correct before you place your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

we have a cotton small bag with maisonalisse logo for the client buying over 1000usd 

Why has my order been marked as delivered when I haven't received it?

If you're wondering why your package is marked as delivered but hasn't shown up, here are a few possibilities:

1) A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf.

2) The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.

3) The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance.

If your delivery hasn’t shown up after 5 business days, please contact maisonalisse@outlook,com for help.

How do you deal with lost packages?

If you provided the correct shipping address and zip code, your package may have been lost due to the following reasons:

1) It was lost during carrier transit

2) It was wrongfully marked as delivered but was still not received after 5 business days.

For either case, we are happy to reship the order or issue you a gift card for the order value. Please reach out to maisonalisse@outlook.com for further assistance.

Why did I only receive part of my order in one package?

At times, our warehouse may ship out an order in multiple packages or deliveries, but our system generates only one tracking number for the entire shipment. If this occurs, please rest assured that all your items are on their way. 

However, if you have any concerns or if any of your products are missing, please reach out to maisonalisse@outlook.com with your order number, tracking number, and the specific product(s) you have not received. We'll promptly assist you in locating the tracking numbers for the remaining packages."
