Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping at a fixed international rate of US$20 for each package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the returned item is defective.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees required by customs in the destination country to import your order.

By placing an order throughmaisonalisse@outlook.com, you agree to cover all such import-related charges in full. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties and reserve the right to recover these costs from you if applicable.

We advise you to check with your local customs office about applicable import taxes and total landed costs before completing your order.

Important Delivery Notes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change its delivery address.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will notify you to arrange a successful delivery. Unclaimed packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to maisonalisse. If you request a second delivery attempt, an additional shipping fee will apply.

If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged for the original shipping cost, any import or customs fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to maisonalisse.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To receive a refund for the item price, you must follow our return policy and send the product back in new, unused condition.
